Yoga & Mindfulness Taster Session

Join me for an introduction to gentle yoga and mindfulness. These practices can be a great support for physical and mental health; together we will gently address stress and tension and find our way towards greater ease in body and mind. No experience necessary and everyone is welcome.

Equipment: please bring your own yoga mat, at least one blanket, and a bed pillow.
