Tuesday

6.20pm - 7.20pm: Mindful Yoga for Stress at the University of Bristol Student Counselling Service. Free for UoB students, contact the Student Counselling Service for details. 

Thursday

5.45pm-6.45pm: Mindful Yoga and relaxation at Barton Hill Settlement (43 Dulcie Road, Bristol BS5 0AX). A relaxing and gentle class suitable for beginners. £45 for 6-week block or £10 for a one-off class. MoveGB members welcome. Click here to book.
