Gentle Yoga and Relaxation: Tuesdays 6pm-7.10pm

Join me for an hour of mindful movement, breath and rest. Everyone is welcome - no experience of yoga necessary. If you are unable to join us live, everyone is sent a recording of the class to practice in your own time in the following week. If you have any concerns about suitability, or would like me to be aware of any injuries, medical conditions or other considerations, please contact me before the class or aim to arrive online a few minutes early so we have a chance to speak before we begin. Parent & Baby Yoga: Wednesdays 9.45am-11am

In person at Dursley Tabernacle

An hour to connect with your body, your baby and other new parents. Gentle stretching, movement and relaxation to ease the aches and pains of caring for a newborn and help you learn ways to relax and rest when you need it most. Class begins and ends with a chance to chat and share the ups and downs of new parenthood. Class is suitable from baby’s six week check until they are mobile. Click here to book your space.
