Wednesday

6pm-7.15pm: Mindful Yoga for Stress atTrika Yoga, North Street, Southville. A down-to-earth five-week course will offering simple, practical tools that we can bring into daily life to help us understand and respond to stress in new ways. Gentle movement, focussed attention, and deep relaxation. This course is suitable for complete beginners to yoga or mindfulness, as well as those with existing yoga experience interested in how to tailor their practice to more specifically address stress. £57, next course begins 13th September.

6pm-7.15pm: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation course at Trika Yoga, North Street, Southville. A six-week course introducing the principles and practices of mindfulness meditation. £57, next course begins 1st November.

5.45pm-6.45pm: Mindful Yoga and relaxation at Barton Hill Settlement (43 Dulcie Road, Bristol BS5 0AX). A relaxing and gentle class suitable for beginners. £45 for 6-week block or £10 for a one-off class. MoveGB members welcome. Click here to book.
