A wonderful follow up for those who have completed my Introduction to Mindfulness Course or have an existing mindfulness practice and would like to continue with the support of a group. Designed to support you in continuing to develop your own personal mindfulness practice through formal meditation at home as well as bringing the principles of mindfulness into your daily life.
We will explore two or three guided meditations each week, tailored to the interests of the group. This might include a meditation using the breath (either seated or lying down), mindful movement, body scan or loving kindness meditation. There will also be time each week for sharing and questions.
This is a six-week course with a one week break at half term.
