Birth Preparation Workshop

Join me, and other expectant parents, to learn how yoga can support you during your labour. We will look at poses and movements to facilitate each stage of labour, and learn breathing and meditation techniques to help you stay calm and focused throughout this incredible journey. The role of the birth partner will be an important focus, so your birth partner is actively encouraged to attend alongside you, to learn more about how they can best support you (and themselves!) throughout the birth.

This down-to-earth workshop will be a chance for you and your birth partner to connect with other expectant parents, learn tools for physical and emotional support, and focus together on the adventure ahead.

£30, or £50 for you + your birth partner
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your birthing ball.
