Join me for a day of deeply nourishing yoga, deep relaxation, and mindfulness meditation in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. We will begin the day with a gently energising yoga practice, followed by a simple, nourishing seasonal vegetarian lunch. Then we'll have some time to explore the surrounding countryside, taking in the changing seasons as the woods begin to emerge from Winter. You might choose to join the group walk, to walk alone, or to use this time to rest in the beautiful studio. We will finish the day with an extended meditation and restorative yoga session leaving you rested, nurtured, and ready for the week ahead.
