Join Catherine for a day of deeply nourishing yoga, deep relaxation, and mindfulness meditation. We will begin the day with a gently energising yoga practice, followed by a hearty seasonal vegetarian lunch lovingly prepared by Becky Sage. After lunch we'll have some time to explore the countryside that surrounds Prema on a guided group walk - exploring the practice of forest bathing and noticing the ways that nature is beginning to awaken with Spring. You are welcome to join the 45 minute group walk, to walk alone, or to use this time to rest in the beautiful studio. We will finish the day with an extended mindfulness meditation and relaxation session leaving you rested, nurtured, and ready for the week ahead.
